When completed, the expanded postpartum unit on the fifth floor will offer families and their newborns larger rooms to bond in the days after birth.

Renovation work continues on the new postpartum unit on the fifth floor women’s tower at USA Health Children's & Women's Hospital. The project is expected to be complete in the fall of this year.

The new unit will feature larger rooms for mothers and their newborns. Children's & Women's Hospital is the area's leader in births, with more than 2,400 infants born here each year.
