USA Health makes it easy to pay bills online. Simply select the USA Health facility at which you received treatment and follow the instructions.

How to Pay Your Bill

USA Health offers multiple ways to pay your bill. Payments can be made in person, by mailing a check, via telephone, online or through your MyUSAHealth patient portal account.

If you would like to pay in person, our business office is located at 1504 Springhill Ave., 4th Floor, Mobile, Alabama 36604.

If you wish to pay online, you can pay by selecting the facility above and follow the instructions to complete payment or you can pay by logging into your MyUSAHealth patient portal account if you are an existing patient.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), money orders, personal checks and cash.

How Payments Work

We understand that billing and payment for health care can be confusing and complicated. Patients admitted to the hospital may receive separate bills for different services.

Hospital Charges
We include certain charges in the room portion of your bill. These include: your room and meals, nursing care, housekeeping services and telephones. Other services may be charged separately to your account. These include oxygen, medications, lab tests, x-rays, surgery and physical therapy. Physicians' services, including those in the areas of radiology, anesthesiology or pathology, will be billed separately.

Delayed Charges
Your account at discharge time may not have all the charges for services performed during your stay. These charges will be billed to you or your insurance company once your bill is complete. All charges not covered by your insurance will be billed to you.

Processing
Payments are typically processed within two business days and will show up on your bank statement soon after.

After Discharge
After discharge, questions about your USA Medical Center account should be directed to USA Business Services at (251) 434-3505.

Financial Assistance

Please let us know if you’re unable to pay your bill in full. Our account representatives and financial care counselors can help. If you meet certain financial criteria, you may receive government assistance, plus we offer monthly payment schedules and other financial assistance programs.
