Participants use a chair for seated exercises and standing support, and they can modify exercises based on their fitness level. This is our most-versatile class, and it is perfect for people who are just beginning to exercise or who have physical limitations.

Chair yoga

This class helps increase flexibility and balance while you explore and practice postures that strengthen and stretch muscles throughout your body. Benefits of the class include reducing stress, improving posture, and heightening concentration.

Yoga Nidra

Wednesdays, 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
This class allows participants to move into peacefulness. We help you become completely comfortable while the sleep practice relaxes you physically, mentally and emotionally. Benefits include balancing brain chemistry, reducing insomnia and anxiety, alleviating stress, and heightening awareness and focus.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15 p.m. - 6 p.m.

This class, intended for all fitness levels, provides a low-impact workout focused on endurance and resistance training, all in a fun atmosphere with music. Participants can exercise in shallow or deep water, and activities include walking, jogging, cross country skiing, and jumping jacks.

Aquatic Arthritis Class
