The SouthNet Medical Clinic, located on the campus of Children’s & Women’s Hospital, offers convenient access to urgent care and primary care services for employees of USA Health and the University of South Alabama and their dependents, including spouses and dependents ages 18 to 26 with any USA Blue Cross plan. There are two separate clinics within the medical office, both open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday:
SouthNet Quick Care clinic provides immediate care for the most acute conditions, such as viral illnesses, cuts and rashes, minor burns and injuries, and infections of the ear, sinus and urinary tracts. SouthNet Quick Care offers same-day appointments.
SouthNet Primary Care clinic offers employees preventative care services, such as age-appropriate cancer screenings, lab work, and immunizations. It also offers management of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and depression.
SouthNet Medical Clinic services are provided with no copay to employees and dependents, and the clinic offers on-site labs and immunizations.
