About Family Medicine Center
As a teaching facility, we offer a wide range of services with the most advanced trends in family medicine. The family physicians at USA Health provide personalized care for every member of your family at all life stages, from conception through the geriatric years. Our broad-based practice includes adult medicine, sports medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, minor surgery and counseling services. If needed, our providers can easily refer patients to other specialists and help manage their overall health during the treatment process. As a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, we provide comprehensive care not available in community primary care practices. These services include counseling, pharmacy consultations and social services assistance to help handle complex concerns in a patient-centered manner.
For infants, children and adolescents, we provide well checks and vaccinations, and we treat everything from common colds to chronic childhood illnesses. For adults, we treat common illnesses, monitor diabetes and hypertension, treat heart disease, and provide tests and screenings to keep our patients in the best possible health. We also care for older adults by diagnosing and treating chronic conditions and including palliative care. We strive to improve their health, independence and quality of life.
In order to increase access to care and assure payment equity, we offer a sliding-fee scale. Please ask our registration staff for more information regarding this program for self-pay patients.
The Family Medicine Center hours of operation are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
