We're here to promote better health for every member of your family, offering regular check-ups and preventative care, as well as treating illness and injuries. For adults, we help you manage complex or chronic health conditions, and for children and teenagers, we listen to your needs and concerns, so we can give the care that’s right for each child. Our healthcare providers get to know you and your family, so we understand your family's health history and give you the best possible care.
Our team in Citronelle also provides physical medicine and rehabilitation services. Our specialists can help you manage pain and increase your ability to perform daily tasks by improving how your brain, nerves and muscles communicate with each other. We deliver care to children and adults for orthopaedic and sports injuries, traumatic injuries, congenital disorders, conditions of the brain, spine and nerve, and more. We also can help you learn how to use devices like wheelchairs and walkers to move safely in your home. To learn more about physical therapy and rehabilitation or to schedule an appointment, please call 251-866-3817.
