USA Health has been listed in Forbes’ America’s Best Employers by State for 2026, ranking 30th among employers with 500+ workers in Alabama and first among employers headquartered in Mobile.

The annual ranking, developed by Forbes in partnership with Statista, was based on a comprehensive survey of more than 245,000 employees across the United States. Eligible organizations include companies and institutions with at least 500 employees. Last year, USA Health ranked 35th on the list.

“Being recognized among Alabama’s best employers is a meaningful reflection of the people who make USA Health such a special place to work,” said USA Health CEO Natalie Fox, DNP. “Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to creating a workplace where our team members feel valued, supported and empowered to grow. This recognition is a reflection of that commitment and of the culture we’re building together, one where our employees can thrive, our patients receive exceptional care, and we continue to advance healthcare across our region.”

In the Forbes survey, respondents were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10 and were asked to assess their workplace based on criteria including wages and benefits, management style, company reputation, flexibility and career advancement opportunities.

Forbes said 1,365 employers across the country landed on at least one of the final state lists, which produced a combined total of 2,499 rankings, as some companies were ranked across multiple states.
