USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute has proposed a new license plate to raise funds for local cancer research. The state must receive 1,000 paid pre-commitments for this new design by May 31, 2020, for the plate to be issued.

A distinctive license plate would raise at least $41,250 a year -- $41.25 per plate – to be used for cancer research at the Mitchell Cancer Institute. Place your order today and help us spread the word!

Here's how to order:

Visit the Department of Revenue's Commitment To Purchase Application.

Have these three items ready:

  • Tag number
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Credit card (Cost is $50 plus $2 online fee)

If the state receives at least 1,000 paid pre-commitments by May 31, 2020, you’ll receive an emailed voucher to be used to obtain the new license plate.

You can follow the number of pre-commitments at the Department of Revenue.
