At USA Health, we are committed to providing quality care to all patients. During registration, we will ask you to share your race, ethnicity, preferred language, gender identity, sexual orientation, and religion. By understanding the patients we serve, USA Health will be better able to provide healthcare and respectfully communicate with you and your caregivers. Efforts to identify disparities impacting individuals and groups lead us to close those gaps and move our community towards a healthy future.
We are committed to providing patients with available resources to support their needs. USA Health offers interpretive services for 20+ languages and our Care Management department has access to community resources available to support patients.
