Mackenzie Roberts, DNP, AGACNP-BC

Mackenzie Krebsbach-Roberts is a trauma nurse practitioner within the Department of Surgery and has served at USA Health University Hospital since 2018. Prior to working with USA Health, she served as a hospitalist as well as a nurse in the intensive care unit and emergency department. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of South Alabama in 2020 with a research interest in opioid and pain management in trauma patients. Further research interests include care of the critically ill trauma patient and quality improvement in the surgical trauma intensive care unit. In addition to clinical practice, she works with the USA College of Nursing as adjunct faculty in the Department of Adult Health Nursing, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care MSN and DNP track.
