Children’s & Women’s Hospital is expanding its Children’s Miracle Network champion program to include more pediatric patients each year.

Published Jun 16th, 2026

To help raise awareness about the specialized programs and healthcare services offered for children at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital, we’re looking for a few amazing patients (and former patients) to represent the hospital as a Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) champion or ambassador in 2027.

Senora McCracken, senior manager, Children's Miracle Network and Partnerships, is inviting USA Health staff members to nominate a Miracle Kid to represent Children’s & Women’s Hospital. From these nominations, a child will be selected as the local 2027 CMN champion, and up to five other children will be chosen as hospital ambassadors. The deadline for nominations is June 26.

Nominate a former or current patient

Selected Miracle Kids will have a story written about their experience at our hospital, highlighting their journey and the care they received. These stories may be featured across a variety of platforms, including social media, the USA Health and CMN websites, USA Health emails, and print communications shared with donors and community partners. In addition, selected patients and their families may have opportunities to share their story through video, virtual appearances, or at community and fundraising events.
