Stephanie Grabowsky, CPHQ, and Becky Pomrenke, MSN, RN, of USA Health have been recognized by RLDatix as co-recipients of the 2026 Change Agent of the Year Award at the 2026 Connected Healthcare Summit. The award honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in driving meaningful, systemwide change to improve patient safety and care delivery.
Grabowsky, data integrity manager for USA Health, was honored for leading the health system’s complex RLD360™ transformation, blending technical know-how with operational insight to shape a platform that meets organizational needs. Her steady leadership brought clarity and structure, guiding teams through challenges and fostering a cohesive, high-performing system.
Pomrenke was recognized for advancing patient safety at USA Health, establishing a stronger safety foundation and championing transparency with the adoption of CANDOR. Her ongoing partnership with RLDatix helps to ensure continued improvement and national recognition. She serves as director of patient safety at USA Health, the academic health system for the University of South Alabama.
“This recognition reflects the significant impact that both Stephanie and Becky have made in advancing patient safety, strengthening operations, and driving meaningful change,” said Natalie Fox, DNP, PNP-BC, chief executive officer for USA Health. “It is also a testament to their leadership and to the collective efforts of our teams who continue to make progress every day.”
The award was presented April 2 at the 2026 Connected Healthcare Summit in Nashville.
“Each year at Connected Healthcare Summit, we celebrate individuals who are driving meaningful change across healthcare,” said August Calhoun, president of RLDatix North America. “Stephanie and Becky exemplify what it means to lead with purpose, collaboration, and a commitment to improving patient safety.”
