MCI hosts and offers several classes that are available to all patients. Groups are designed to educate the mind, strengthen the body, and nurture hope for current and former cancer patients, their family members and caregivers.
The Hope Cup, presented by Springhill Toyota, is held annually during May, which is Skin Cancer Awareness Month. Melanoma accounts for only 1 percent of all skin cancer cases, but is the most lethal, causing the greatest number of skin cancer deaths.
