About Lena Eldridge, CRNP
Lena Eldridge, CRNP, is a board-certified acute-care nurse practitioner within the Department of Surgical-Trauma Services. She is a two-time graduate from the University of South Alabama College of Nursing. In 2016, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in nursing and worked as a registered teaching nurse at USA Health University Hospital’s Arnold Luterman Regional Burn Center. During her tenure there, she became certified as an instructor in Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS) and became a member of the American Burn Association. She returned to USA in 2019 to pursue a master’s degree while continuing to work as a bedside nurse within USA Health in various specialty units, including the Fanny Meisler Trauma Center. In 2021, she completed a Master of Science in nursing with dual specialties in family practice and adult-gerontological acute care. A Mobile native, she holds a great love for the culture and community of the Gulf Coast and feels deeply privileged to care for both the local and neighboring populations.
