Dr. Rager is board-certified in pediatrics and adolescent medicine with an extensive background in research. She is the author of numerous articles and has presented research at national and international meetings. Her professional interests include adolescent reproductive health, adolescent mental health, disordered eating, and HIV prevention.
Courtney Thomson, RNC-NIC, the pediatric community outreach educator for Children’s & Women’s Hospital, developed the youth empowerment series as part of a broader effort to promote healthier, safer communities by equipping young people and parents with practical guidance and research-backed support resources.
