Dr. Ballard is a clinical educator and works as the attending physician for medical students during clinical clerkships and residents during inpatient ward coverage.
She is a member of the American College of Physicians, Alabama Chapter of American College of Physicians; and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
