Senior Spirit
Senior Spirit is a free program offered to the community by Providence Hospital to anyone who is 55 years or older. As part of this program, our members are invited to attend our monthly financial and health seminars. All lectures are free and open for people of all ages to attend. Lectures typically take place either in the DePaul Center or Conference Room 1, both located at Providence Hospital. Presentations typically last an hour, with 30-45 minutes for the presentation and 15-20 for questions and open discussion. If you are interested in becoming a member or speaking at one of these lectures, email mary.bowab@southalabama.edu.
Annual Campaign
Each year, Providence Foundation meets a specific need of Providence Hospital through our Annual Campaign. In 2023, over $60,000 was raised for the Beth M. Rouse Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. This year, all proceeds from the campaign will fund the purchase of new EKG monitors for the Cardiac Care Unit. Go to Make a donation towards this worthy cause.
