The annual Providence Foundation Charity Clay Shoot brought together community members, sponsors, and shooting teams for a morning of friendly competition in support of pulmonary patient care at USA Health Providence Hospital.

At the event, hosted at Bushy Creek Clays and Events in Perdido, Alabama, teams enjoyed a morning on the course before gathering for lunch and an awards ceremony to conclude the day. Proceeds from the clay shoot directly benefit pulmonary patient care at Providence Hospital. Since its inception in 2021, the Providence Foundation charity event has raised more than $75,000 to support vital pulmonary services.

Claiming first place honors was Pulmonary Associates, which led the field with a team score of 347. Team members included Randy Dotson, Marcia Killian, Jody Killian, and Chris Ikner. ServisFirst Bank secured second place with a score of 294, with team members Morgan Kennedy, Ryan Zarzour, Hayden Stokes, and Davis Verneuille. Geocon Engineering, with a team score of 290, took third place and was represented by Christopher Rae, Chase Labrato, David Rachel, and Jeb Mann.

Individual awards were also presented. Chris Ikner earned the title of Best Overall Male Shooter with a score of 97, while Ashton Hennig was recognized as Best Overall Female Shooter with a score of 64.
