Local Goodness, a vibrant farm-to-table celebration of the Gulf Coast’s culinary spirit and community generosity, raised more than $220,000 on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Held at Magnolia Manor in Mobile, the sold-out evening welcomed over 300 attendees in support of USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital.

Guests experienced an unforgettable afternoon themed around the whimsical charm of Candy Land, where elevated design met meaningful impact. The immersive atmosphere blended sweetness with purpose, as attendees enjoyed thoughtfully sourced cuisine and live music all while supporting the region’s only hospital dedicated exclusively to the specialized care of children and women.

Proceeds from this year’s event will directly benefit Pediatric Interventional Radiology, helping expand access to advanced, minimally invasive procedures for young patients across the upper Gulf Coast.

Dinner was curated by Morrissette & Co., with décor designed by Ron Barrett, transforming Magnolia Manor into a playful yet elegant setting for the evening.

Local Goodness was led by co-chairs Worth Hieronymus and Virginia O’Brien, alongside a dedicated committee of community leaders whose efforts made the event a resounding success: Jennifer Bisaga, Laura Davison, Jessica Delaney, Kristen DeLaney, Brooke Dodson, Danielle Faircloth, Liz Freeman, Lee Friedman, Margaret Gleason, Hillary Haas, Kim Huffstutler, Mary Hunter Fuller, Meghan Jarvis, Caroline Kelly, Abby Kennedy, Stacey Killingsworth, Virginia Kinnier, Handley McNeil, Katie McNeil, Mallory Mills, Louise Oliver, Sara Pilot, Lucy Pryor Slaton, Allison Robinson, Elizabeth Rochford, Millie Russell, Jeanie Schottgen, Lindsay Seaborg, Curry Stahl, Allison Starr, and Nancy Wood.
