USA Health has been chosen as a site for receiving COVID-19 vaccines for protecting frontline employees and is preparing to act as quickly as possible to distribute the vaccine when it becomes available.
Recently, promising data has been released related to some of the leading COVID-19 vaccine candidates which demonstrate an effective rate of approximately 90 percent and no major side effects.
USA Health has been chosen as a site for receiving COVID-19 vaccines for protecting frontline employees and is preparing to act as quickly as possible to distribute the vaccine when it becomes available. We ask that you complete this brief survey related to your job function and your willingness to be vaccinated. Please complete this survey no later than Dec 1. At this time, receiving the vaccine is not mandatory.
