In a move to improve operational efficiency, USA Health is set to upgrade its current timekeeping system, UKG Workforce Central (commonly referred to as Kronos), to a more advanced platform, UKG Workforce Management, starting March 23.

The change is designed to streamline both timekeeping and staffing processes, offering a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for employees.

A key feature of the UKG Workforce Management system is the advanced scheduling module, which improves staffing management by providing visibility into assigned shifts and enabling impacted employees to request shift trades online or directly through a mobile app.

To ensure the transition to the new system is as smooth as possible for everyone, USA Health is providing a variety of training materials, including comprehensive training videos and FAQs. These resources will help employees learn how to navigate its features.

These training videos are available to employees and cover essential aspects of the UKG Workforce Management system:

In addition to the videos, on-site training will also be provided to further support staff at each facility during the transition period to ensure employees are well-prepared for the system’s implementation.

As USA Health continues to innovate and improve its internal systems, the upgraded timekeeping platform promises to bring both operational benefits and enhanced user experience. Employees are encouraged to take full advantage of the training resources to make certain they are ready for the change ahead.
