Senior Bowl Charity Run is Saturday

Each year, a group of football players participating in the Senior Bowl visit sick children at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital.

The 10K, 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run will start on Government Street and finish on Royal Street at Mardi Gras Park in downtown Mobile.

Get your running shoes ready. This year, USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital is the selected charity for the Senior Bowl Charity Run, a 10K, 5K, and 1-Mile Fun Run, planned for Saturday, Nov. 2, in downtown Mobile. The first race begins at 7 a.m.

For registration and other information, visit seniorbowl.com. All runners help the Senior Bowl achieve its goal of raising funds for youth throughout our region. All running and walking events will start on Government Street and finish on Royal Street at Mardi Gras Park in downtown Mobile. The Senior Bowl Run office, located at 151 Dauphin Street, is the race headquarters and will be the site of early packet pick-up and race registration.

Registration is $20 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and under.
