USA Health regularly recognizes employees for going above and beyond in their care of patients and customer service.
Ford named employee of the month
William Ford, an employee in the transport department at USA Health University Hospital, was named employee of the month for May. Ford was nominated after being helpful to the nursing staff, a patient and the patient’s family.
Hansberry named employee of the month
Cierra Hansberry, a nurse who works on the fifth floor of USA Health University Hospital, was named employee of the month for June. Hansberry was selected for her commitment to patient care, being a team player and coming in on her days off to help her team.
University Hospital names Kudos winners
Kudos winners are employees who have been recognized at least three times by patients for providing good care.
Breanna Clements, a nurse on the sixth floor of USA Health University Hospital, was recognized for her wonderful patient care and for being so nice.
Jennifer Jones, a nurse on the third floor at University Hospital, was recognized for her great patient care.
