Labor and Delivery wins Most Consistent Award
The labor and delivery department at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital has won the Most Consistent HCAHPS score based on a national, standardized survey of patient perspectives, the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey.
The labor and delivery department achieved two months of consecutive data for the Overall Rating of Care composite, scoring 98 percent for October and November.
Porter named Kudos winner
Steven Porter, a nurse who works on the third floor at University Hospital, was named the Kudos winner for November. He was recognized three times during the month for providing great care.
