USA Health employees have an opportunity to snag a cute designer bag (or three) and help premature babies during an auction and sale planned for this Friday, Nov. 8, at Children’s & Women's Hospital.

Beginning at 7 a.m., a selection of new and gently used handbags will be available for purchase in the Panda Cares Room (formerly the multipurpose room) at Children’s & Women’s Hospital. A few high-end handbags will go to the highest bidder via a silent auction during the sale.

Dozens of purses, clutches, belt bags, and everything in between were donated by employees for the fundraiser, including leather items from Coach, Kate Spade, Brahmin and more.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the March of Dimes, which helps to support and fund programs and equipment for premature newborns who spend time in the level III neonatal intensive care unit and small baby unit at Children’s & Women’s Hospital.
