New pediatric practice joins USA Health
USA Health welcomes the former Pediatric Associates of Mobile, PC, to the region’s only academic health system.
A new pediatric clinic officially has joined USA Health. Formerly known as Pediatric Associates of Mobile, PC, the medical practice will soon move to renovated offices at 740 Museum Drive in Suite E. near Municipal Park in Mobile. The new name is Pediatric Associates of Mobile/USA Health.
For years, USA Health has offered access to leading specialty, sub-specialty and primary care to our coworkers, friends and families along the Gulf Coast at our many physician practices.
“We are honored to now serve as a preferred provider for USA Health, offering a zero-dollar co-pay for all patient visits,” said John Sands, M.D. “All of our physicians are accepting new patients and are excited to now serve the USA and USA Health community.”
The new clinic, which is set to open on June 7, 2021, is located less than two miles from I-65 and is home to five board-certified pediatricians:

- Katherine Nobles Spadafora, M.D.
The clinic is open seven days a week with convenient hours to better serve your needs – including most holidays with the exception of Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and Easter.
