Mobile Heart Specialists physicians offer expertise in general cardiology, interventional procedures, electrophysiology, coronary and peripheral artery disease, and advanced rhythm management, including ablations, implantable defibrillators, and pacemakers.

After being discharged, Earl Drinkard Jr. was wheeled through the Providence Hospital lobby lined with his caregivers and other staff. They cheered and waved pompoms as he passed by. 

The sold-out event welcomed more than 300 attendees and raised more than $220,000 on Sunday, May 3.

Research shows that healthcare teams with a strong patient experience performance also see improvements in patient safety, treatment adherence, and overall quality of care.

The grant from The Toy Foundation will fund updates in the hospital’s playroom.
