USA Health representatives recently took part in a meeting with school nurses from the Mobile County Public School System. During the session on March 13, Tyler C. McDonald, M.D., a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon with USA Health, delivered a presentation on scoliosis, including its various types and methods of screening.

Danielle Ellis, an athletic trainer with USA Health Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, and Emily Dahlmann, DNP, RN, SCRN, director of the USA Health Stroke Program, also gave presentations at the meeting, which drew hundreds of nurses from across the area.

Benjamin Estrada tapped to lead USA Health pediatrics

“The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families is what has always inspired me, and it is the people of pediatrics who have shown me what that commitment looks like every day.
