Deadline for benefits open enrollment nears
USA Health employees who need assistance can visit the University Hospital Café Conference Room on Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 1 to 4 p.m.
All benefits-eligible employees are required to register as a user in the new Employee Navigator system by Thursday, Nov. 30, at 4:30 p.m. Employees are required to verify and update dependent information, confirm benefit elections, and decline benefits they do not want or need. Paper forms will no longer be accepted. (Use company identifier USAJAGS.)
During this time, benefits-eligible employees may make changes to their existing health insurance enrollment, enroll in new coverage, add or remove dependents, enroll in SouthFlex for plan year 2024, add VSP vision coverage, enroll in voluntary coverage with Aflac and more.
