USA Health University Hospital has a new cloud-based system for submitting and tracking maintenance and environmental services requests.

USA Health University Hospital has a new cloud-based system for submitting and tracking maintenance and environmental services requests. Called TheWorxHub, the system is used at more than 1,000 healthcare and senior living communities across North America.

“TheWorxHub streamlines our maintenance and operations work flows,” said Andrew Williams, facility safety officer at University Hospital. “It allows us to run reports and comply with maintenance-related tasks required by The Joint Commission.”

Department managers and other authorized staff can make requests and track their progress online by visiting University Hospital’s TheWorxHub page. A link also is located on the USA Health Intranet under the University Hospital tab.
