USA Health joins American Heart Association Heart Walk Torch Journey
Employees are encouraged to take photos with the torch, tag USA Health and the American Heart Association on social media, and help spread lifesaving knowledge about heart disease, stroke prevention and CPR.
USA Health is proud to support the American Heart Association’s Mobile Heart Walk, with the Heart Walk torch making its way through the health system in the weeks leading up to the event.

The Torch Journey, which made a stop at USA Health University Hospital on Aug. 31 is a traveling relay tradition that brings a symbolic torch to participating local companies and healthcare organizations, building excitement for the Heart Walk and highlighting the community’s commitment to improving heart health.
USA Health has already raised more than $12,000 for the Mobile Heart Walk, and employees and supporters can help us reach our goal by signing up as a team captain, joining as a walker or making a donation.
The torch will continue its journey through USA Health, visiting USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital on Sept. 7 and USA Health Providence on Sept. 14.
Employees are encouraged to take photos with the torch, tag USA Health and the American Heart Association on social media, and help spread lifesaving knowledge about heart disease, stroke prevention and CPR.
