Four employees were named Great Catch winners at Children’s & Women’s Hospital.

They include Carley Milligan, RN, and Mulan Nguyen, RN, nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit; Christian Pashayan, RN, a certified wound ostomy nurse; and Chloe Hartley, RN, a post anesthesia care unit nurse who was working in the Pediatric Emergency Center at the time of her Great Catch.

Great Catch awards are given to employees for instances in which they spoke up for safety, escalated concerns, and went above and beyond outside of the scope of their typical job duties.

Safety MVPs are chosen for recognition from all Great Catch award winners in a quarter for each USA Health facility. Tammy Doherty, RN, a lactation consultant, was named Safety MVP at Children's & Women's Hospital.
