Adams named employee of the month
Kelly Adams, an accounting data specialist in the Department of Internal Medicine, was recently recognized as employee of the month for October. She was nominated multiple times for her above-and-beyond support, dedication behind the scenes, and the positive energy she brings to the team every day.
Her willingness to jump in wherever needed and her commitment to excellence make her an incredible asset. Her favorite part of the job is making a difference, even in small ways.
“Whether it’s helping a patient find the right department, ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete, or helping with a project, those moments of helping others keep me motivated,” she said.
Adams loves being part of a healthcare environment where there’s always something new to learn. She credits that collaborative spirit with growing professionally. “I feel very honored and grateful to have been chosen as employee of the month,” Adams said. “I couldn’t have achieved it without the support of my team and supervisors who guide and encourage me to give my best each day.”
