Davis named employee of the month
Stacey Davis, RN, a nurse at the Mitchell Cancer Institute, was named employee of the month for October.
Among the comments made in her nomination: “Stacey is a consummate team player! She comes in early and stays late when needed. She remains calm at all times, even when there are 30-plus patients in a clinic day. She is a caring and attentive listener, comforting patients and family members, even when patients are facing difficult choices, such as end-of-life discussions.”
“She is also a very effective communicator and listener with peers and physicians. She collaborates with several departments within USA Health and maintains integrity and professionalism with all.”
