Turner named employee of the month

Kenya Turner, an LPN in the infectious disease division, was named December's employee of the month in the Department of Internal Medicine. She received three nominations that recognized her consistent dedication to patients and for always having a smile. One nomination read, "Kenya is well known for her willingness to help others, and I never see her without a smile.”

Turner enjoys her work family at Mastin. "I feel honored to be chosen as EOM, especially being nominated by such exceptional individuals in internal medicine," she said. "Honestly, what I enjoy most about my job is taking care of my patients. I love the relationships that I have developed with them over the years, and it warms my heart to see them doing well with their overall health.”
