Providence Hospital presents Daisy Award

Mary Emma Moore, RN, Level 10, received the Daisy Award in November. The award is an international recognition program that honors nurses for outstanding compassionate care and clinical excellence. Recipients may be nominated by patients, families, coworkers or leaders.


Wooten named employee of the month

The USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute recognized Mark Wooten, part of the shipping and receiving team, as the employee of the month for January. Wooten is known as a highly resourceful, dependable, and behind-the-scenes contributor who plays a vital role in keeping the facility running smoothly each day. He consistently goes above and beyond to coordinate across departments to secure critical supplies, oversee all incoming and outgoing deliveries, monitor inventory, and ensure time-sensitive items are handled with care. Wooten is professional, friendly, and respectful to everyone he encounters, from coworkers and medical staff to vendors, visitors, and patients.
