Nadia Williams, patient services supervisor and member of the front desk team at USA Health Mitchell Cancer Institute’s Mobile location, has been named the first quarter BEE Award honoree in recognition of her exceptional service and unwavering dedication to patients and colleagues.
Williams welcomes more than 50 individuals to the institute each day with the same warm smile and kind “hello,” setting a positive tone from the moment the doors open at 7:15 a.m. Her ability to remain patient, composed and compassionate, regardless of how busy or challenging the situation may be, speaks to her remarkable character. Known for greeting patients by name and leading with quiet confidence and professionalism, Williams consistently goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
