Pick up USA Health Game Day packets this week
After the pickup window closes at the end of day Friday, Oct. 11, all unclaimed registration packets will be released; and they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on Monday, Oct. 14.
USA Health Game Day registration packets containing football game tickets and tailgate wristbands will be available for pickup Wednesday through Friday, Oct. 9-11, during regular business hours at the location you selected during registration.
Registration packet pickup locations:

- Children's & Women's Hospital Human Resources (CWEB 1.5, Suite 1570)
- Providence Hospital (Administration)
- UHOP (Office 310)
- Mapp Family Campus (G301)
- Central Services Administration Building (CSAB 170)
- Medical Sciences Building Student Affairs (MSB 1005) *
* Pickup from MSB 1005 will only be Thursday and Friday, Oct. 10-11, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
