The special event for USA Health employees includes a BBQ tailgate and tickets to the South Alabama football game against Arkansas State on Tuesday, Oct. 14.

USA Health is gearing up for its annual employee appreciation event on Tuesday, Oct. 14, when the South Alabama Jaguars will take on the Arkansas State Red Wolves at Hancock Whitney Stadium. The tailgate event, catered by Sonny’s BBQ, begins at 4:30 p.m. and ends with kickoff at 6:30 p.m. USA Health’s tent will be set up in the southwest corner of the stadium.

Registrants for USA Health Game Day may pick up their registration packets Wednesday through Friday, Oct. 8-10, during regular business hours at the location they selected during registration. The packet contains two tickets to the football game and two wristbands to the tailgate.

  • University Hospital Human Resources (1st floor)
  • Children's & Women's Hospital Human Resources (CWEB 1.5, Suite 1570)
  • Providence Hospital (Administration)
  • UHOP (Office 442)
  • Mapp Family Campus (G301)
  • Central Services Administration Building (CSAB 170)
  • Medical Sciences Building Student Affairs (MSB 1005)

Any registration packets that have not been picked up by the end of business day on Friday will be released. The unclaimed packets will be available to all employees on a first-come, first-served basis on Monday, Oct. 13. The packets cannot be reserved and must be picked up at the pickup location. There is no guarantee that the locations will have any leftover packets.
