Flu vaccine clinics planned
Plan to receive your vaccine before the Oct. 31 deadline by visiting one of two hospital locations on these upcoming Wednesdays.
USA Health employees can receive their mandatory flu shots during an October blitz at University Hospital and Children’s & Women’s Hospital.
Employee Health will provide the flu shots, with no appointment necessary, on Oct. 11, 18 and 25 from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Staff will be set up at locations including near the University Hospital basement main elevators and Children’s & Women’s Hospital back door. The deadline for receiving the mandatory vaccine is Oct. 31.
Those who cannot attend a blitz can schedule an appointment with Employee Health by calling 251-410-7629. Employee Health is located in front of Children’s & Women’s Hospital at 1720 Center St., Suite 102.
Employees who receive their vaccination elsewhere, or who wish to file an exemption, should email documentation to [email protected].
