USA Health employees can now schedule their own COVID-19 test

Starting this week, USA Health employees are now able to self-schedule an appointment online for COVID testing.

Previously, employees had to complete an online intake form and wait for the testing center to call and provide an appointment date and time. Now, after completing the online intake form, staff members are directed to a self-scheduling link to pick a time for their testing appointment.

“This new and improved method should make for a more convenient and efficient process,” said Natalie Fox, DNP, chief nursing officer for USA Health Physicians Group.

More than 23,000 COVID-19 tests have been performed by USA Health testing center staff since March 16, 2020. Nearly 3,000 of those tests have been administered to USA Health employees. The drive-through testing site is located at Expo Hall in downtown Mobile.

If an employee has difficulty scheduling their test online, they should call (251) 410-4700 to make a testing appointment.
