Patient Feedback

Your voice matters! The physicians and staff at USA Health strive to provide the best possible care for every patient and family. To provide feedback about USA Health’s outpatient clinics, please call (251) 434-3939.

In the event that any customer has a concern about patient care or patient safety in our hospitals, we encourage you to ask for the Departmental Manager or the House Supervisor. Every effort will be made to address your concern. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from our staff, please contact the Director of Patient Relations by calling the hospital main number and asking for this support person.
