Have your say with the employee engagement survey
Please complete your survey no later than September 29, 2025. Each staff member who completes the survey on or before September 29 will receive a voucher for lunch in our cafeterias (limit $6).
As part of our commitment to you to create the best possible work environment here at USA Health, we invite you to participate in the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey. It should only take a few minutes to complete and will provide valuable information on how we can improve employee engagement.
When completing the survey, please express your opinions honestly as the survey is confidential and only aggregated data will be presented. However, please be aware that your anonymous comments will be reported verbatim.
All employees will receive feedback on the survey results and improvement plans again will be developed based on the survey results. Please be assured that it is our firm intention to respond constructively to employee concerns and suggestions.
