Physicians Group holds employee engagement activity
More than 50 staff members at the Physicians Group participated in sessions with a goal of inspiring everyone to work as a team.
During the month of June, the Physicians Group led a team building exercise via Teams hosted by Shelby Smith, director of Care Access for USA Health.
More than 50 staff members participated in two 30-minute sessions that aimed to inspire everyone to work as a team. Smith highlighted important leadership development skills and demonstrated how those skills create a cohesiveness that helps teams become successful.
