Spiritual Health and Counseling offers coping skills sessions
These sessions are available any time throughout the year, and they offer a chance to pause, refocus, and learn strategies that can help you both at work and in daily life.
USA Health employees can schedule Coping Skills and Techniques Sessions for their unit or department. Led by the Spiritual Health & Counseling Department, these sessions, which can be as little as 10 or 20 minutes or as long as needed, are tailored to fit your team’s schedule and focus on practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and maintain emotional well-being.
These sessions are available any time throughout the year, and they offer a chance to pause, refocus, and learn strategies that can help you both at work and in daily life. Participants often leave feeling more grounded, supported, and equipped to handle challenges.
Investing just a few minutes in coping skills can lead to greater focus, improved teamwork, and a healthier workplace culture. To schedule a session for your team, contact Chaplain Kim Crawford Meeks at 251-445-9015 or [email protected].
