Multiple sessions will be offered at the teaching kitchens located at the Mapp Family Campus in Fairhope and University Commons in Mobile throughout May, June and July. Participants can expect hands-on cooking instruction, recipes to take home and a welcoming environment designed to make healthy eating approachable and enjoyable.

Classes are $30 for community members and $5 for USA and USA Health employees and eligible family members enrolled in USA Choice, Select or Consumer health plans. Demonstration classes are $15 for community members and $5 for eligible employees and family members. Payment is due at sign-up.

Classes that reach capacity will no longer appear on the registration list. Those interested in joining a waitlist may email [email protected]
