As part of an effort to go paperless, invoices and reimbursement requests that have been submitted on paper in the past can now be submitted digitally using Concur.

The Accounting and Accounts Payable departments at USA Health are working to become paperless. As a result, invoices and reimbursement requests that have been submitted on paper can now be submitted digitally using the Concur platform.

USA Health employees who handle these duties are invited to attend a Concur invoice training session to facilitate this transition. A representative from Accounting and Purchasing departments will attend each session to answer questions.

Training sessions are scheduled for these dates and times:

  • Children's & Women's Hospital - Atlantis Room
    • Wednesday, June 4; 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
    • Wednesday, June 4, 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • University Hospital - Conference Center
    • Monday, June 9; 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
    • Monday, June 9; 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
    • Thursday, June 12; 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
    • Thursday, June 12; 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Strada Patient Care Center - Conference Center
    • Monday, June 9; 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.
    • Thursday, June 12; 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
    • Tuesday, June 17; 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
    • Wednesday, June 18; 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • UHOP at 3929 Airport Blvd. - 5th Floor Conference Room
    • Tuesday, June 17; 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
