We want to show you that what you do at work has a purpose and is ultimately bettering the lives of the people around you, the overall health system and the community.

We would like to hear from you about why you feel your work matters.

We get it. Burnout happens. Sometimes, you may feel like you are doing boring, thankless work. We want to show you that what you do has a purpose and is ultimately bettering the lives of the people around you, the health system, and our community. Even the simplest and most boring to-dos can have a meaningful impact.

In the last few months, we checked in with some of our colleagues about the roles they fill and how that work shapes our health system.

Now it’s your turn. Please take the time to complete a 5-minute survey, to share your purpose for working at USA Health.

The results will be shown at USA Health facilities as we seek to inspire everyone who walks through our doors.

The first 1,000 survey submissions will get a FREE branded USA Health tumbler.

Thank you and happy surveying!
