Living Well With Diabetes - Class 2
The second class, held on the third Tuesday of the month, covers nutrition and carbohydrate counting, physical activity strategies for all fitness levels, reducing risks for diabetes-related complications, managing diabetes distress, and building healthy coping skills.

Nov 18, 20252:00 PM - 4:30 PMUSA Health Endocrine and Diabetes is offering a two-part class series designed to support individuals living with diabetes on the Eastern Shore and surrounding areas.
Offered at the USA Health Mapp Campus in Fairhope, the Living Well with Diabetes program was created to provide participants with the tools, understanding, and encouragement needed to better manage their condition and improve their overall quality of life.
A provider referral is required to attend. Check with your healthcare provider to determine if diabetes education is covered.
All classes are scheduled from 2-4:30 p.m. Upcoming class dates for 2025 are as follows: July 15, Aug. 19, Sept. 16, Oct. 21, Nov. 18, Dec. 16.
The American Diabetes Association recognizes this program as meeting the National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Education.
