Dimple Chanamolu, M.B.B.S., M.D., specializes in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary stone disease, and urologic malignancies.

Residents train alongside faculty deeply invested in mentorship, scholarship, and excellence in patient care, preparing graduates for careers in primary care, hospital medicine, or advanced subspecialty training.

Urologists recommend seeing a medical provider as soon as blood is detected in the urine, whether it appears to be pink, red, brown, or is found during routine laboratory testing.

Before this initiative, no healthcare providers in Mobile or Baldwin County offered ECMO services, requiring patients to travel to Birmingham or out of state, often at great risk and inconvenience. USA Health is fulfilling the urgent need to provide local access to advanced cardiopulmonary care.

Five local bands with a connection to USA Health competed in the battle-of-the-bands event, raising money for their designated health system entities.

Lauren Sutley, MSN, RN, CIC, will be responsible for strategic direction, implementation, and evaluation of infection prevention and control programs at USA Health.

During her training, she was the chief infectious disease fellow and contributed to the development of improved patient hand-off processes within her residency program. That dedication to academic medicine inspired her to join USA Health.  

Every dollar raised counts as a vote, helping determine which bands take home awards. All proceeds from votes and awards will go to the USA Health entities chosen by each band.
